Under this initiative, Connect Ummah will select a specific area—either residential or commercial—for complete transformation. The project will be executed in the following phases:
1. Mass Awareness and Education Campaign
Residents, shopkeepers, and local stakeholders will be engaged through workshops and awareness drives. They will be educated about the importance of cleanliness, hygiene, and environmental care. The campaign will also inform them about various government schemes and initiatives available for sanitation and cleanliness.2. Planning and Budgeting for Transformation
A detailed budget will be prepared for the area’s complete cleaning and beautification (Kaya Palat), covering sanitation, infrastructure improvement, and aesthetic upgrades such as landscaping, painting, and waste management systems.3. Execution of the Clean-up and Beautification Plan
The area will be thoroughly cleaned, beautified, and restored with necessary infrastructure to ensure lasting impact.4. Deployment of Dedicated Maintenance Team
To ensure sustainability, 3 to 4 people from Connect Ummah’s payroll will be permanently assigned to the area. Their role will be to maintain cleanliness, monitor the condition of the area, and work closely with local residents and shopkeepers to instill long-term habits of cleanliness and civic responsibility.Sustainability and Long-term Impact
