General Policy – No Refunds in Normal Cases
  • All contributions made towards campaigns on Connect Ummah are considered voluntary, non-refundable donations.
  • By contributing to any campaign, you understand that Connect Ummah Private Limited is not responsible for the disbursement, utilization, or outcome of the funds by campaign creators.
  • We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once the payment is processed under normal circumstances.
Exceptional Cases Where Refund May Be Considered

Refunds may be considered only in the following exceptional scenarios:

  • If a campaign is found fraudulent, involves illegal activity, or violates Indian law after a formal investigation by Connect Ummah.
  • If a campaign is canceled by the campaign creator before the withdrawal of funds.
  • If a technical error or duplicate payment occurred during the transaction process.
Note:

Refund requests must be supported with valid proof and will be verified by our compliance team before processing.

Refund Request Timeline
  • Any refund request under exceptional circumstances must be initiated within 30 days of the contribution date.
  • Requests made after 30 days will not be entertained under any condition.

Refund Processing Time
  • Upon receiving your refund request, our compliance team will review and verify your claim.
  • If the refund is approved, it will be processed within 15 business days from the date of approval.
  • Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment only.
No Liability for Campaign Creator’s Failure
  • Connect Ummah Private Limited is a crowdfunding facilitator and is not liable for:
    • Any failed promises or commitments by campaign creators
    • Misuse of funds by campaign owners
    • Non-delivery of any promised rewards or returns
  • Contributors are advised to make informed decisions before contributing.
